Participants of the Innovation Summit stay in the student residences at the beautiful University of British Columbia (UBC) Vancouver Campus, one of Canada's top universities.
We are fortunate to offer comfortable single dorm rooms that are clean, secure, and conveniently located within the campus community. The residences meet our high standards for safety, comfort, and accessibility, allowing students to enjoy independence while remaining in a well-supervised environment.
Each floor includes a shared student lounge, creating a welcoming space for participants to relax and socialize after a full day of activities. Lounges are equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator, providing additional convenience for students during their stay.
Living on campus gives participants a genuine university experience, surrounded by nature, world-class facilities, and the vibrant atmosphere of one of Vancouver's most iconic campuses.

Prefer a single room for your group leader? A single room with a private bathroom is available for an additional fee.
The UBC Vancouver Campus provides a secure and supportive environment for all participants. The student residences feature 24-hour security presence, keycard access to all buildings and floors, and dedicated residence staff available around the clock.
Our group will have exclusive access to our designated residence floor, creating a safe and private community for all participants. Trained residence advisors and our own staff members are housed on-site to provide continuous supervision and support throughout the program.
Participants are never left unsupervised, and strict check-in procedures ensure everyone is safe and accounted for at all times during their stay.
